Need Photoshop Expert for Simple Designs

I am looking for an individual who is able to create photoshop designs that will go on Canvases. The job entails:
- I will give you an example of what the design should look like
- You will need to create a similar design (but not copy the design because of copy right)
- You will need to source quotes and input those quotes into the design
- The designs are very simple, and I will give you resources for royalty free images
