Hi there! My name is Justin West, and I'm the CEO of a cutting edge marketing company, www.HundredsOfCustomers.com.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

• We are looking for 1 or 2 high quality Virtual Assistants
• You need to be very computer literate and very English proficient
• You will be doing Data Entry, creating citations in local directories for businesses
• Write high quality, creative articles for a variety of niches
• Handle Social Media Postings
• POSSIBLY: Handle customer service emails
• POSSIBLY: Create sales emails & send them to prospects
• POSSIBLY: Do online research
• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week
• POSSIBLY: We would LOVE to find someone who is VERY comfortable on the phone to set appointments. If that's you, priority consideration will be given. (The possibility for full sales with commissions of $100 or more per sale is there for the right person)

ABOUT YOU:
• Great communicator in speaking
• Comfortable on the Phone setting Appointments and making Basic Calls (When necessary)
• Great communicator in writing
• Type fast
• Won't be easily offended
• Go-getter attitude
• Extremely reliable
• Positive, no excuse attitude
• If you are looking to learn marketing, copywriting, & growing a business, this will be a great position for you, since that's all we do!

ABOUT ME (Justin):
• I run a marketing company that serves many niches and helps my clients to get more customers
• I have been starting companies for 10 years
• I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way
• I am very loyal to my employees & treat them with respect
• I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that!)
• I own an American (U.S.) Company located in the state of Kansas (Right in the middle of the USA)

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will weekly for the first month, then on a bi-weekly basis after 1st month
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 2 personal days which can be used as a sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, Christmas Day, & New Year's Eve
