Hello!
I'm the owner of a construction company and we're on a mission to deliver a great roofing experience through transparent communication and honest, detail-oriented work. As we grow, we're looking for an Executive Assistant who can help us stay organized, and help us fulfill ancillary tasks and complete lead generation work.
We need someone who is easygoing and flexible, has a heart for service, a detail-oriented approach, and a person who can take direction and constructive feedback well. There may be times where we need help solving problems, and it would be great to have someone by our side who can create solutions.
We would like to start a part-time role (25 hours a month) but if we can show success, there WILL be more hours available. -RELEVANT EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH ANOTHER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY? That's a major bonus.
Here’s a list of the required skills and responsibilities:
-Helping us submit estimates after we put them together
-Submitting mortgage documents
-Following up with leads via
-Contracting subcontractors
-Helping us organize our calendars,
-Understanding of G Suite
-Strong knowledge of calendar organizations (can set appointments, send out invites, etc.)
-Experience as an Executive Assistant
-Can take direction and rolls with the punches
-Ability to take initiative on new delegated projects
-Willing to be trained and ask lots of questions about what's needed
-Flexible work hours in the central time zone
-Willing to take on any administrative duty delegated
Here are some additional skills that are preferred but not required:
-Working knowledge of social media
-Experience in customer service (phone +
-Solid writing etiquette + understanding of idioms, American phrases
-SEO experience
