Marketing Partner

I'm looking for someone with a strong online (and ideally) offline marketing background. They will be responsible for the marketing strategy of a group of start up business. I've had bad luck with paid positions and I'm looking this to be on a "sweat equity" basis, with some form of payment based on results. Eventually with income it will be a paid position.

A background in SAAS or web services would be a major advantage.

Please note I'm not looking for someone to simply quote me a per hour figure as above.
