People Per Hour Proposal Preparer

Are you a Pro with the People Per Hour website? Can you be creative in responding to projects or jobs to gain attention AND Get responses?
If this IS you I would like you to introduce yourself . My niche is somewhat narrow but on average you should have 12-24 jobs to perhaps reply to each day.

I expect creative proposal writing. Not always the canned "cut and paste" responses. I am also looking for why your writing style is better than most..Now, In your title of you application to me, do you prefer chocolate or Vanilla cake? Your english, both in writing and verbally must be good. No exceptions on that.

People with fair hourly billing, can do zoom/skype calls during my time (-5GMT) will get me attention.
