JOB OVERVIEW

This position would require applicants to work during US business hours. The position requires access to a phone and computer with reliable connections.

The applicant must be able to communicate fluently in English.

The Applicant will be provided with property addresses, name, and contact information for Real Estate and construction teams, and name and contact information for local utility services. The Applicant will be responsible for contacting the Real Estate and construction teams to confirm they are ready for utilities to be turned on, and then contacting the utility companies to have those utilities started.

The Applicant will be responsible for providing billing information to utility companies, tracking initial deposits, and verifying un-interrupted utility service to all homes.

This is a part time position and the applicant should expect to work 20 hours per week. The position has opportunities for advancement and full time work for reliable and consistent candidates.

Candidates with some Real Estate experience are preferred.
