Video designer / Creator to help edit and make Youtube videoseos

We need someone to help us create videos that are entertaining and relevant. This is a role where you will have a big creative license, I will not be looking over you approving everything. You need experience creating videos and ideally some experience on Youtube and knowledge of legal "fair use" protocols, understanding what content you can and can't use.
