I'm amazed by how many writers fail to send me their writings immediately.

This lets me know how solid you are at writing work and also if you are good at communication.

Here's the type of content I'll need to be written a regular basis:

- Blog posts

- Rewritten blog posts based on existing content

- Social media statuses

- Email broadcasts & autoresponders

- Sales Pages / Squeeze Pages

- Blog posts

- Website pages

- etc.

We have multiple brands that we run so we'll be talking to different types of customers.

You'll always be given information about WHO we're looking to talk TO so you know who they are.

Our goal is always to provide them with value and sell them our solution whether it's a product or service.

We are looking for writers who can help us with what needs to be written on the different platforms we talk to these audiences on.

Sometimes we'll need social media posts written, or emails sent out or entire blog posts written.

We also want to make sure everything reads smoothly, is easy for the viewer to take in and of course, guides them to take action.

We want everything to have LIFE to it and be able to influence and guide people on a journey to make a decision.

When it comes to blog posts and web pages, we also want someone who can help write the post for our audience but also SEO optimizes the post to include our main keyword and similar keywords in the writing without making it sound any less natural.

We have training on how to do everything we need you to do but we definitely need to start with someone who is phenomenal at writing and has written for marketers in their campaigns before.

Here's what I'm looking for in someone for this position:

- Ridiculously good at writing. Like you look at other writers and feel sorry for them because you know that they can't even touch the quality of your work. You know you can write amazing pieces of content that get people to pay attention and take action

- FAST design. I need quick turnaround times for everything so that we get shit done fast

- EXCELLENT communication. I CANNOT have long periods where I don't hear back from you or where it's hard to get in touch. We need to be in communication constantly so we're both on the same page

- EXCELLENT English. YOU WILL NEED TO BE ON THE PHONE SOMETIMES so you need to have a solid grasp of the English language, be able to speak and understand English well

- NOT AFRAID to ask questions. I am always here if you have questions

- NOT AFRAID to make mistakes. I WILL NOT GET MAD at you if you make ---------- just means we have some practice to do! If you make a mistake, we'll just set up a system to make sure it doesn't get repeated. Simple as that!

- BIG PLUS: Experience with WordPress blogs and knowing how to use them and create posts on them

- EYE FOR CONVERSION. All our pieces of content are there to not just give value but also guide the reader through a journey where they're ready to take action with us at the end and click over to our funnel for whatever it is we're offering

- DOES WELL under pressure. Relaxed. Doesn't freak out about lots of work or tight timelines. Enjoys the job, likes working, likes designing, likes contributing to something bigger than yourself

- Has a fast internet connection

- Has a Facebook and Slack account (or are willing to create them, both free)
