Web Developer and Graphics

We are in the design, online marketing and advertising space. It is a small and collegiate team of 5.

(1) General requirement:

a. expected work hour: 7am- 4pm Philippine time (1 hr lunch break each day), 5 days FULL TIME
b. mobile phone with credit and able to SMS if not able to attend work or emergency

(2) Strong English communication skills, written and verbal (ability to understand brief)

(3) Web Development (ESSENTIAL):
The person must have the following skills (at minimal, intermediate level):
- Support and develop Wordpress websites
- Perform website maintenance/ security and troubleshooting
- possess Adobe Business Catalyst skills
- experienced in backend web development CSS and MySQL
- extensive woocommerce experience
- experience in building charity website i.e. with sponsorship/cart functionality

(4) Design
It will be advantageous if the person also has:
- * intermediate level of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills;
- Intermediate design/ Graphic skills to assist with designing logos, banners, icons, eBook Covers and Headers, designing Landing/ sales/opt-in pages and Basic video editing (splicing intros & Outro's with Raw Footage)

Your responsibilities:
- Perform a technical analysis of requirements
- Produce a solid, detailed technical design
- Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements
- Deliver all deliverables promptly and on time
- Report and communicate diligently on progress i.e. daily email reporting.
- Responsive with communication and requests (respond to email or other forms of communication within an hour or two during business hours).

Your qualifications:
- A work style that is detail oriented
- formal qualification or recognition set out in the skills requirement section would be an advantage. For example, Adobe certification...etc.

Paid probation period is 3 months and remuneration is commensurate with experience.
