Loan Processor

Hiring Junior Loan Processors with processing experience. Processor will be responsible for supporting mortgage setup operations and assisting with processing to support Sr Loan Processors

Responsibilities:

· Review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy, including but not limited to credit, income, assets, and disclosures including required documentation from the customer and third parties in support of the loan approval decision.

· RUN AUS/ DU

· Work with vendors to Order Title, Payoffs, Appraisals, notes, HOA certs, Pest, Flood, Ect

· Attention to detail is a MUST. All documentation to be reviewed/pre-underwritten prior to submission, clearing an underwriting condition(s) and or clearing a funding condition(s).

· Update LOS System (Encompass) to reflect accurate information.

· Maintain accurate pipeline by documenting file status, lock expiration and conversation log to track loan progress

· Perform other related duties as assigned or required

· Establish great client relationship by routinely communicating with clients and by delivering excellent customer service

Minimum Qualifications:

1 Years of Current Processing experience a must. Experience with DU/LP. VA, Conventional and FHA Loan Experience. TRID experience is a MAJOR plus.



Mortgage Loan: 1 year (Preferred)


Remote: California PST availability.

Processor skill set should include ( but not limited to) :

Review initial loan approval and work with the borrower, loan processor, Loan office, and Escrow to gather appropriate documentation
Collect all required documentation for the loan package
Create a loan submission package for the Underwriting department
Submit files to assigned Underwriter
Satisfy all conditions when received from Underwriter
Ensure that approval falls within the established lending guidelines
Primarily handle all customer communication once the loan is submitted into their pipeline.
Project Management

Online Emailing, Slack, Word, Point Calyx, Asana, Dialpad, Zoom, experience a plus.
Language English required. Spanish a plus but not required. ---------- USD a month depending on experience and hours ---------- nn hire one person or two part time.
