Ruby on Rails Developer

We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer to further develop an existing CRM.

The system is an Insurance CRM that handles the journey from incoming claim to completed job. Handling all stages from new, appointment, assessment, quotes, job complete etc.

While a job moves the stages, the system sends automated emails/SMS, generates different reports for clients and customers etc.

There are a few things that we need to alter to make the system work for us, such as altering report templates for different layouts and information formats, adding any new features, fixing bugs/on going maintenance.
