VA Needed With Accounting Skills

I need a VA with accounting skills to join our team and help us track some numbers.

We are a publishing company based out of the USA and run a lot of fun and different marketing projects for our companies and others. Here's what your responsibilities would include if you got this job...

> Compile sales numbers from our
-- shopping cart (which is InfusionSoft)
-- Facebook Ad account
-- Email broadcast accounts
-- split testing software
-- Website
-- etc. etc.
and entering these numbers into Google spreadsheets. Of course we would provide you with training videos, etc. that show and explain how to get the numbers we need from these platforms and where to enter them in the doc.

> You would also work with our bookkeeper to track sales numbers, sales projections, retention numbers, lost member numbers, etc. ...again we will train you how to compile and get the data you need to track these numbers but you would be responsible for gathering the stats/data/numbers daily and entering them into our spreadsheets.

This is a position where the right person could grow a lot in our company. We have a lot of different businesses and a lot of accounting and bookkeeping work that we need help with. So if you wanted to grow and take on more accounting and financial responsibilities we would be happy to have the right person move up in the company.

Job requirements:
- you must be able to work from 8pm - 5am PH time so you can work with our team in the US during our biz hours.
- responsive and willing attitude
- good high speed internet connection and computer
- a self starter who can work from home productively
- good written English skills

Compensation:
- Starting Monthly Pay: 22,500 PHP / $500 USD
