T-Shirt Designer for POD Platform

I am looking for person that's highly creative in creating different themes original designs. I need 10+ designs per day. Understanding T-shirt printing process is a must. This is long term opportunity to create database of 5000+ designs. Please provide samples of t-shirt work you've worked on for review. My budget is $2.00 per design. I will give weekly design guidelines.
