[Summary]:

My Germany based business specializes in software development of web applications based mostly around the Python/Django/AngularJs stack.

I need someone who is talented, who likes to get things right and know how to communicate what he/she can or can not do.

This fully remote role is a great opportunity for someone to really develop and progress their skills and the role as developer and take more responsibility as we grow.

There are a lot of great projects in the pipeline and you'll have the opportunity to get involved in everything from Artificial Intelligence, Cryptocurrency, Automation and Accounting.

Full support will be provided including a training period when you start working with my company.


[Requirements] - What We Need From You

* AngularJS / CSS / HTML knowledge: You need to have experience in this role, with some projects of your own that you can demo and talk about its details.
* High attention to detail: I will give you more and more autonomy with the time, but for that is essential that you pay attention to details and have a high sense of quality. You need to enjoy doing high-quality work and strive for perfection.
* Conversational/Technical English: you should be able to communicate verbally and written with me and some times assist customers with troubleshooting eventual problems. No need to be perfect, but you need to speak it fluently.
* Proactive and confident in asking questions: You will be working remotely with communication across a variety of channels (Slack, WhatsApp, email) with all your task organized online (Jira, Pivotal Tracker, Github, Bitbucket) so you need to ask questions if you are not sure what to do and need to be proactive to organize your tasks in an effective way even if some of them are being blocked by some problem.
* Logic driven person: Some times user specs or requirements aren't very clear or doesn't make sense. You need to recognize those cases and clarify that situation or find out a logical solution for that. It is absolutely ok if you don't know what to do and ask for further input. Whats is not desired is for you to continue building something that didn't make any sense in the first place.


[Some Examples of What You Will Be Doing Right Away]

* Write/Modify views that interact with our Django endpoints
* Locate bugs reported by users and fix them
* Analyze performance problems and improve the codebase
* Write scripts to improve your own development workflow and make the life of the team easier
* Write test for specific parts of the frontend


[Benefits]

* We'll start with 5 hs a week and will grow on that based on your performance up to 30/40 hs a week
* You'll be paid weekly trough Upworkx 20 U$D per hour
* Work flexibly and remotely, at any time you want. You will usually have a couple of days to complete your tasks
* Urgent tasks will be kept to a minimum, so you can also plan your life outside work
* You will start working under my supervision and get training and feedback from me


[Success Metrics]

Your job will be reviewed first weekly and then biweekly. The most important factor after the quality and consistency of your work it's your personality and your integration with the rest of the ---------- the beginning, I will be giving you feedback directly and also very keen to hear what is your feedback on work and on the team and how would you like it to be improved. Honest and direct feedback will be highly valued.
