Supplier Coordinator needed for E-commerce store

We are a dropshipping company that is specialized in several product niches.

We are looking for a person who can:
- liaise with suppliers/agents to fix fulfilment issues
- build a strong relationship with suppliers
- negotiate product prices and shipping rates

Advanced/fluent knowledge of Chinese (written and spoken) is required for this position. If you have experience in budgeting that would be a bonus.
