Experienced Amazon Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated, goal oriented, results driven Amazon Account Manager to join our team. This is a full time position where you will be managing my Amazon account.

Your tasks will include:

- Handle and grow accounts in multiple countries (USA and Canada)
- Daily account health checks
- Reimbursements from Amazon
- Monitor feedback
- Customer service
- Create shipments
- Create commercial invoices for items crossing borders



Requirements
- E-Commerce Experience is a must (if not - application will not be considered)
- At least 2 years experience with Amazon
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and very strong attention to detail
- Solutions oriented, a self-starter, and has a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated, good team player and willing to work under pressure
- Hard worker
