ABOUT US:
We are a tiny company looking to hire our community manager. We are a couple working together. I, myself studied communication and marketing but lately I don't have enough time to take good care of our digital presence. We already worked with freelancers for specific gigs but we would now prefer hiring someone to build a long time relationship. The field of our business is Photography / Wedding / Travel (quite fun to advertise) that's why I think we would prefer a woman for the job.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have experience with social media managing
• Must have a perfect written English
• Must have good copywriting skills
• Must know how to use graphic design software (Indesign, Photoshop, Canva is fine too)
WHAT WE PROVIDE:
• Starting pay 15,000/month salary for 20H / week
• Pay on the 1st and 15th of every month
• Cash bonuses for some specific tasks (like Instagram lead)
• National holidays off, paid
• 13th-month bonus (starting in December 2020)
• 10% raise each year (On anniversary date)

WHAT YOU PROVIDE
• Must have your own working computer
• Must have high-speed internet
• 20 hours of work each week
• Must be willing to learn and take assignments
• Must communicate & report through apps daily
