1-2 years experience on the same field

Good sales record from previous employer
Basic Salary - 25k
Commission - 50k to 150k

Male or Female; 23-30 years old; College Graduate of any course; Sales Experience an advantage
• Oversees new franchisees and present information on the business policies and procedures.
• Responsible for finding and developing new franchisees for the business.
• Should have good verbal and written communication skills to convey the business strategy to new franchisees.
• Should have strong leadership skills to represent the company to franchise owners.
• Should be skilled in the particular policies and procedures of the franchise field, such as preparation skills for a franchise.
• Capable of evaluating leasable space for a franchise.
• Capable of applying for leasable space for franchise/ company owned.
• Capable of meeting sales target every month.
• Capable of working under pressure.
• Capable of after sales services (after franchise owner has been awarded of a franchise).
