Facebook Ads Expert

I'm looking for a Facebook Ads expert, who is a seasoned digital marketer and has a lot of experience running successful campaigns in Facebook ads and delivers amazing results to our clients.

I run a marketing agency and the candidate that will be chosen will have an opportunity for profit sharing if you generate good results! PLUS you'll be working with an awesome team based in the PH.

We will provide most art to be used and sometimes you would create the graphic through to manage the ad spends.

Our ideal hires are
• Facebook Ads experience is a must
• Someone who can run Facebook ads and generate more leads through social media.
• Create and manage CBO Facebook ads campaigns
• With extensive Facebook ads experience including creating the ads, segments, look-alike audiences, and retargeting. (Writing good copy is a bonus)

Responsibilities (but some may not be included)
• Setting up and launching Facebook campaigns
• Setting up retargeting pixels, custom conversions etc.
• Daily management of Facebook campaigns once they go live
• Determine hashtags for testing
• Looking to reach a targeted group of social media users across the selected digital platforms to gather useful data regarding their preferences and behaviors (Likes, reposts and IGTV)
• Critique some of the engaging content that will reach our target market and build awareness. Track Impressions, Views, Social Content Metrics
• Identify new ways to create engagement amongst our audience. Traffic, Time on site, and lead gen rate


Specific Skills + Requirements
• Experience in the related field is required for this position and please this is not the job if you just got out of a training course.
• Required Skill(s): Excel, Social Media, Facebook, Instagram

This will start as a part time/ project based work and if you do well enough we will transition you to full-time work and eventually since we value and respect our team members you will be rewarded with a profit share on the company.
