Self-starter and Experienced VA

I’m looking for an Experienced Virtual Assistant which could grow into being team manager down the track
Some of the essential tasks the successful applicant will undertake are:
Wordpress themes & plugins installation and maintenance. These will be pre-built sites that will be fine-tuned by yourself. These sites could either be blog or ecommerce types.
SEO
Autoresponder and email management
Internet reseach
Article writing or blogging
Interested applicants must have very good experience and expertise in having previously done the abovementioned tasks.
In addition, these will be required:
A good grasp of American culture.
English skills (excellent level in writing and good level in spoken communication)
Office applications skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint or Google Docs)
Access to high speed dependable internet
Ability to perform tasks skilled in, plus in learning new processes / applications Quickly
Ability to follow instructions to achieve the desired outcome.
Extremely organized
And the most desirable trait to me, is that you have to be a proactive problem-solver.
If you run into difficulties and cannot proceed any further into the task without my input, by the time we have our daily short meetings, you would have already prepared a list of solutions that we will discuss during our catch-up.
Other desirable skills:
Social media – Posting and other activities
Video creation
Graphics experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, Gimp and similar)

1. Send me a resume detailing your previous experience
2. Against each skill you possess, in a 2-3 sentences, state an example of a difficulty you have encountered, and how you solved it.
3. For article writing, state how long it will take for you to research and write a 300 word piece on specific aspect of diabetes
4. Very important – the subject line should start with phrase “I love ice-cream”. Failure to do this will consign your application to the junk pile immediately. This will weed out those who cannot follow instructions.
In return:
You will be compensated with initial weekly salary of 3225PHP for a 30 hour week, with bonuses and possible increase in hours and pay after 6 months.
In addition, you will be working for a reasonable and friendly boss who will gently encourage you to grow and achieve more.
