Here's just some of the criteria that this person would need to meet:

- Owns a computer
- High-speed internet connection
- Speaks, Reads, and Writes good English.
- Ability to work from home without distractions.
- Willing to learn new things and can easily be trained in other skills.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Creation of motion graphic video content
- Gather and transfer all forms of media into editing software and ensure each was updated in the correct format
- Operate computer editing systems and equipment used for video media and effects
- Improve video and sound quality using various video software
- Edit video to include music, sound clips and other important aspects of the project
- Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to specifications
- Collect/research data to be used in the videos
- Check accuracy of collected data


REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven work experience as a Motion graphic designer/Video Editor
- Proven work experience as Thumbnail creator
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
- Demonstrate strong research and data entry skills
- Passionate about tech (smartphones, tablets, laptops etc etc)
- Technical person who understands tech terms of most common gadgets
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
- Creative mind and storytelling skills
- Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
