Debt Negotiator

Job Responsibilities:

• Makes contact with creditors, validates the debt, and negotiates the best settlement agreement for the client.
• Establishes professional relationships and networks with creditors so negotiation offers are closed in a positive and favorable manner.
• Meets monthly account negotiation quotas.
• Takes inbound calls and makes outbound calls to clients and creditors.
• bCoaches, educates, and recommends a customized and best debt settlement agreement to the client.
• Calculates numbers and percentages pertinent to making a successful debt negotiation.
• Updates clients on their program progress.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/College Degree (any field)
• Computer literate (including MS Word and Excel)
• At least 2 year(s) related experience
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
• Strong negotiating and communication skills
• Previous collections or negotiations background Essential understanding of the debt settlement industry and practices, and the various credit and debt laws is preferable
• Good number sense and computer savvy (MS Word, Excel)
