Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Software Engineer with strong problem solving skills and prior experience in building web applications. You must have a deep end-to-end web application knowledge and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We score Yes on all 12 of Joel Spolsky tests except a No to making daily builds.

Job Requirements:
- Ability to learn and adapt new technologies
- Knowledge of back-end frameworks preferably NodeJS, ExpressJS, Loopback
- Prior experience with storage technologies (RDBMS preferably PostgreSQL, NOSQL preferably MongoDB, Caching preferably Redis)
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, RESTful API and JSON in-depth integrations
- Knowledge of test-driven development
- Ability to perform maintenance and updates to existing system
- Past experience in API security
- Past experience in developing mobile responsive web applications

Bonus
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks preferably VueJS or ReactJS
- Prior experience in designing maintainable and scalable web applications
- Past experience working in a tech startup
- Added bonus to Knowledge of git command lines and versioning
