Tech Support Agent

????Hiring! "TECH SUPPORT AGENT"

ROI Homes Services is looking for a person experienced in providing technical assistance remotely.
We have a series of Amazon Workspaces that run primarily appraisal software and normal
productivity software such as chrome, office, etc. The agent will perform routine maintenance on the workspaces
to keep them optimized and respond to technical issues that arise from the users.
This will require occasional calls to the tech support of some of the software vendors to handle the issue.
The users work during the day in the Philippines. It would be best to have someone who can be available during that time.
There is no set schedule so Agent will have to be very flexible and work primarily on an as-needed basis.

*Experience with supporting Microsoft Server Operating Systems
* Experience with supporting Amazon Workspace preferred
* Experience with supporting appraisal software such as Alamode or Bradford Technologies a big plus
