Real Estate Analyst - Real Estate Valuation Experience Required!

I am looking for a highly skilled Real Estate Analyst to join our national team. The Candidate must have substantial real estate experience and familiarity with property valuation. The Candidate will be completing custom short form property appraisals to determine the value of real estate assets before and after projected repairs to determine if the repairs make financial sense.

The Candidate is applying for a demanding and high-trust position, and must have very strong analytic skills and possess strong attention to detail.

Use of a personal computer with reliable internet and access to Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) is required. Candidates with multiple monitor displays will find the work much more efficient.

The position will require phone contact with American Real Estate Agents and clear, effective communication ability is a must. Navigation of multiple MLS systems is a must; internet search is a must.

Candidates will find this position challenging and fast paced. Our Company has over 350 US based full time employees and is looking for long-term employees.

During the interview process, the Candidate will receive training and be required to complete sample short form appraisals in addition to other tests.
