Are you good at communicating online? Do you have prior experience in ecommerce? We sell cute Japanese “kawaii” products and are now looking for a smart and creative person to join our growing team.

We are a European owned e-commerce company operating several online stores from Hong Kong and Tokyo. Our customers are girls and young women in the U.S. and Europe. We are passionate about kawaii culture, and customer happiness is the main goal in our company.

*REQUIREMENTS:*
- Excellent written English
- Ability to creatively solve problems and research solutions online
- Remote communication with the team in Hong Kong & Tokyo
- Modern computer with fast & reliable internet connection
- Comfortable and quiet home office for efficient work
- Interest & experience in Japanese pop culture not required but is a plus

*JOB TASKS:*
- Handling different ecommerce admin tasks & supporting your teammates
- Metrics, analytics, research etc.

Full time / 13th month bonus / home-based / fun and relaxed working environment
