Duties (included but not limited to):
Reports to the project manager to ensure that all graphic design work is appropriately assigned, tracked and completed in a timely manner
Ensures Deals & High Deals brand standards and style guidelines are adhered to consistently
Works in partnership with the marketing team to develop, coordinate, edit, and complete assigned content on overall cross-media solutions
Ensure design timelines are achieved as planned
Ensure final art meets specifications and is prepped for its target medium (i.e. web, print)
Example work products include, but not limited to proposals, case studies, methodology diagrams, data visualization, direct mail, print and digital promotional campaigns, tradeshow/event signage, marketing collateral (including sales sheets, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, and email templates) and client-facing presentations, employee communications and corporate communications
Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in design solutions, including but not limited to print, digital, web, interactive, social, tablet and mobile environments
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or equivalent design-related field. Minimum of 2-4 years design experience using Adobe Creative Suite. 2-3 years design experience in a business environment. Agency experience a plus. A design portfolio may be asked for as part of the interview process.
