JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a customer support specialist who has a proven track record working.

Skills we are looking for:
1. Engage email & live chat support to our global customer base
2. Ability to learn quickly about product, platform, and manage the entire knowledge base
3. Help resolve customer issues smoothly by working with engineering and product teams
4. Exceptional written and oral English skills (you will be interacting directly with customers over email and live chat so your English skills need to be perfect)
5. Previously worked in customer support role for a technical software product

Requirements:
1. 5+ years of softwae customer support
2. Excellent understanding of software products, QA, ticketing
3. Proven track record of working with engineers, identifying bugs, and solving customer problems
4. Know how to use support,CRM tools like Zendesk, Hubspot, etc
5. Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner and resolve issues

We want someone who has excelled in a customer support role previously and is a self starter. You will be directly responsible for thousands of customers and how you interact with them is very critical to our overall business.
