We are healthcare agency who provides caregivers to seniors in their homes.

We are looking for an exceptional talent who is articulate and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate can effectively work under stress/pressure. He/she is patient, personable, creative and quick thinking. To be successful in this role, he/she must have great phone etiquette, friendly but professional demeanor, ability to establish rapport with clients and caregivers, and communicate with people from different cultural backgrounds.

JOB DUTIES:
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, families, and other parties
- Manage caregiver & client schedules to ensure all shifts are always covered & care plans are met
- Identify the needs of client's and manage all scheduling of appropriate caregivers based on skill set and availability
- Engage directly and regularly with our clients and caregivers to resolve problems
- Contact with caregivers and clients regarding day-to-day schedule/care changes via text, phone and/or email
- Make outbound follow-up calls to prospects to schedule consultations
- Maintain communications / caregiver / client data and pertinent information into our Homecare software
- Represent the agency at all times in a professional, ethical and loyal manner
- Maintain compliance with all legal and company requirements at all times
- Collect feedback to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide information to prospective clients and follow up with them
- See that all measures are taken to protect client privacy and dignity
- Process & complete shifts from the previous day

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year BPO experience - customer service and sales
- Bachelor's degree required
- Able to take initiative, prioritize and multi-task
-Act decisively and maintain discretion
- Comfortable in w working with team remotely and also independently with minimal direction
- Articulate / exceptional communication skills

- Internet speeds of at least 0-15 mbps
