JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an experienced t-shirt designer to hire on a part time basis (20 hours per week), with the possibility of a full time job (40 hours per week) if we work well together.

Please see the following requirements before applying to this job:
Must have experience designing teeshirts for Teespring or another platform (such as Viral Style).
Must be efficient with Photoshop.
Must be efficient with Illustrator.
Must be able to communicate in English effectively. (written/verbal)
Must be available for Part-Time work (20 Hrs a week).
Must be creative and understand the T-Shirt printing business. Screen and DTG.
Must be able to pay close attention to details.
Must be able to produce 4-5 GOOD T-shirt designs a day.
Must be a team player and have time management skills.

*****Please send your T-Shirt portfolio for consideration with shirts which you've designed for teespring or other shirt websites.

To reiterate, I am looking for someone that is creative and has initiative and can take an idea and create an appealing, original teeshirt design without me having to hold your hand and tell you exactly how the shirt should look. You should be creative enough to be able to design an original teeshirt that is compelling using your ability as a designer.

Those who respond using pre-written replies that were clearly not written in response to this posting will unfortunately not be considered. Provided you meet the requirements specified above, I am willing to hire applicants new to this site.

In your response, please answer the following questions (applicants who do not answer these questions will NOT be considered):

1) Do you have experience designing shirts for teespring or another platform?
2) How would you come up with a shirt design? I am talking about how you would come up with the design once you receive an idea or concept, so please be specific.
3) Are you able to produce 4-5 shirt designs per day?
4) Do you design your own vector graphics?

Thanks!
