Minimum Qualifications:

· With minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare staffing and executive recruitment

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Supply the support to the needs of the organization by finding the qualified candidates for vacant job positions.
-Perform background checks on potential independent contractors, employees and Medical Doctors, as well as checking upon given references, transcripts, and credentials
-Diligently review large number of curriculum vitae received
-Screen each resume carefully to shortlist candidates by matching the organization’s requirements with that of professional and personal credentials.
-Consistently report to the management on the status of the interview and selection process.
-Schedule remote interview with the applicant to figure out the matched qualities Facilitate the panel interview between management and shortlisted applicants
-Assist the managers in recognizing the key skills and competencies of the candidate and the contributions they can make to the company to arrive at final selection of the candidate.
-Negotiate the salary package of the contractor, employees and/or Medical Doctors in consultation with the higher management to align it with the finance budget.
-Check the employment history reference of selected candidates.
-Ensures that the copy of credentials are valid, complete and are submitted to the organization.
-Carry out discussion of the provisions of the contract to the successful applicant.
-Facilitation of other credentials required before a medical practitioner legally offer its service to the public.
-Analyze and review the effectiveness of the selected candidates and take corrective steps if goals are not met.
-Work according to the rules, regulations and recruitment strategies of the organization.
-Suggest new and better approaches towards developing better recruitment policies.
-Arrange several marketing initiatives in advertising job vacancies through job sites, company website, newspaper, job vacancy journals, etc.
-Monitor the need for new contractors, employees or Medical Doctors for a particular post.
-Suggest effective contractors, employees and/or Medical Doctor’s benefit schemes to enhance the organization's effectiveness.
-Continuous awareness of the healthcare job market trends.
-Can assist the Finance team in studying the reasonable industry rate for a specific position.
-Prepare, continuously improve and properly communicate to the team the Key Performance Indicators.
-Assists in Licensing and Credentialing
