JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an analytical mind with a passion for numbers and data to join our team. Our Digital Data Analyst will work closely with our Marketing Director to test and analyze multiple sets of data. The focus of this role will be to quantify marketing campaigns and determine proper adjustments necessary to maximize ROAS in all channels, across multiple brands. The digital data analyst will support clients with daily analytics tasks as well as larger data and analytics projects.

Responsibilities include:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Daily management of digital data for YMP’s clients, including both local and national consumer brands
- Regularly providing recommendations on our clients’ marketing and website campaigns, with an eye towards improving efficiency on their behalf
- Setting up digital analytics properties, creating and maintaining dashboards, and working collaboratively with the client team to brainstorm new ideas

Skills required:
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio
Digital marketing experience (SEO, PPC, social media, email)
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, IF statements)
An interest in using data to tell stories
