Site Engineer

I've been working as IT Support for 4 years in different kind of companies and client, special on access control system and closed circuit television configuration / new set up in different sites.

I am also a graduate of 4 years course, Bachelor of science in information technology, and got my first job in telecommunication company in Philippines as administrator/coordinator/inventory controller. and second was in UAE (United Arab of Emirates) in Payment solutions as Support engineer in support in different kind of hardware and software, and third was in present as Site engineer, supporting Installation and Maintenance of Access control system and CCTV security system

Here are the list of my experience as an IT support, also skills, strengths and accomplishment.

I am also supporting different kind of hardware like printer, specially EDISecure XID printer, IDP printer for card printer, for calibration, configuration, firmware upgrade etc. also i have experience in bill validator / cash acceptor from JCM in both hardware and software support, Also photo sensor's and different kind of sensor of the kiosk machine. also doing remote session from different site for support.

- Monitoring Book ERP tickets regarding hardware issues, creating ticket for different incidents of hardware and software from the machine/kiosk.

- Here was the different devices i am support from my third company:
I am the one, doing the server set up for access control system to the server and CCTV setup/configuration to the server with different kind of ACS and CCTV system vendor.
