Responsibilities:

- Interact with customers on behalf of the organization either by email or chat. (Tier 1 & Tier 2 Support)
- Order Fulfillment & Tracking Uploading on Shopify Platform
- Social Media Page Management (Scheduling product posts and replying comments)
- Basic Photoshop tasks such as removing background
- Basic Facebook Ads Manager scheduling
- Basic Facebook Ads Research
- Assist documenting data from Facebook Ads Manage
