Inventory & Customer Excellence Manager

We're a Singapore-based ecommerce / FMCG company called Craft Tea Fox, and we've been around for about 1.5 years now. Our business involves retail of Matcha / Hojicha products as well as manufacturing of bottled drinks.

As we grow, we are looking for someone who can perform well in the following job scope:

- Inventory Management / Order Fulfilment (Shopify / Excel)
- Customer Support (Freshdesk / WhatsApp / Social Media) in English
- Basic Data Entry / Administration (Microsoft Office)

The primary purpose of this role is to (i) schedule manufacturing runs, (ii) arrange logistics for transfer of goods from factory to warehouse, and (iii) pass on customer order information to the warehouse to be fulfilled, and (iv) customer support in relation to fulfilment operations.

(Finance / bookkeeping, or social media management skills, are optional but would also be great.)

There will be plenty of collaborative and engaging work, as is usual for a fast growing company.
