Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment process including drafting hiring documents and job descriptions.
Coordinate with Team Leaders and Project Managers for account specific interviews and exams
Other recruitment-related tasks as assigned by the company
Qualifications & Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree (preferably Psychology)
Must have at least one year BPO experience in HR screening & recruitment
Has a high-level understanding of HR Recruitment systems and procedures
Ability to build client and applicant relationships
Experience dealing with foreign clients preferred (but not essential)
Exceptional English communication skills (both written and oral)
Strong attention to detail
