Sales and Marketing Manager

A Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for:
• Manage the sales team and will to perform managerial duties to meet the company's sales goal.
• To build a huge number of real estate agents full time/part-time and referrer, locally and internationally.
• To coordinate with developer/speaker/ trainers on events & training schedules.
• To facilitate, organize sales events online.
• Handling & Monitoring sales Team
• To handle inquiries, lead for the company.
• To promote the company's services and brand in different industries.
• To organized, conduct sales-generating activities online.
• Create Advertisement, Email, and video for any promotional activities
• To represent the company’s brand and strategies
• To implementing new sales plans and strategies
• To Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales team
• Understanding the implementation of company’s policy and procedure
• Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring sales team
• Driven and committed to success while maintaining the integrity
• To increase profitability and brand recognition
• To organize an event that will provide teams motivation and inspiration

Requirement:
• Must have strong personality & leadership Skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media
• With deep Customer Services Skills & experience
• With dept knowledge and understanding of sales & marketing
• 3-5 yrs experience in sales/marketing
• Graduate of Marketing/Business admin/ Humans Resources, Events or related field
• Experience managing team is an advantageous
• Ability to work on under pressure.
• Female 26 to 30 years old
• Self-Motivated, honest & committed to the success
