- Communicate with customers via email and intant messaging, e.g. whatsapp
- Manage the whole process of completing a transaction, e.g. online inventory, sales, and logistics
- Explore marketing channels in China market, e.g. Taobao store, Taobao live streaming, Wechat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu
- Explore marketing channels in regional market, e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Amazon
- Research on paid advertising, e.g. Facebook, Google, Taobao, Wechat, Douyin and other live streaming channels
- Research updated news and policies impacting cross-border e-commerce, e.g. shipping to United States and United Kingdom, free trade zones in China
- Analyze domestic and international competitors’ business models and strategies
- Photo editing
- Manage interns

Additional requirements:
