In this position, your responsibilities will include monitoring and managing our Amazon Account globally (Main Marketplaces - USA, Europe, Canada & Australia). The position is responsible for various e-commerce and merchandising strategies from inception (research and development) to execution (implementation and reporting).
This role would be tasked with ensuring our product information is engaging, and continuously striving for better conversion rates on our inventory. Being in a startup environment, you will work side by side with intelligent, passionate, highly motivated entrepreneurs. Responsibilities:
- Optimize all product listings as far as photography, product copy, and enhanced product page content across all e-commerce channels
- Handle & Grow accounts in multiple countries (USA, Europe, AUS, CA, UAE)
- Daily account health checks for all countries
- Lead A/B testing program with a focus on implementing strategies that improve conversion rates
- Work closely with marketing and design teams to get the best possible information needed to continuously improve how we showcase and merchandise our products to our customers across all shopping channels.
- Regularly review product pages on site to ensure content is accurate, current and is presented in a way that encourages surprise, delight and conversion to sales
- Compile monthly analytics reports for our Amazon website
Requirements
- E-Commerce Experience is a must (if not - application will not be entertained)
- MBA or similar in Marketing, Advertising, e-commerce or related field
- 2 - 3 years + experience with E-commerce platforms and/or Marketplaces both domestically and internationally, with focus on Amazon or Shopify
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and very strong attention to detail
- Solutions oriented, a self-starter, and has a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated, good team player and willing to work under pressure
- Start-up experience is a plus.
