Marketing Assistant

We are seeking someone skilled with computers and permission-based computer software, specifically CRM software solutions, digital marketing solutions, VOIP solutions, and creating automated workflows (marketing automation). This person will be responsible to create accounts, connect accounts on different software platforms, integrate automations (point and click / no coding) within and between accounts, and build simple landing pages and web forms.

Must Haves

Experience with Pipedrive (or other leading CRM software)
Experience with JustCall (or other VOIP solutions)
Experience building Landing Pages with WordPress and Elementor builder
Experience building (or using) forms on FormStack and/or Jotform (alternatively Cognito or Typeform)
Experience with Autopilot HQ (experience with Active Campaign Marketo and Pardot is a plus)
Familiarity with software integration software such as Zapier (or IFTTT)
Experience with Email marketing
Experience with HTML, CSS

Plus
Developer background a plus.
