Amazon FBA Projects Manager

We are a lifestyle brand offering products for events, home & gifts on various e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Shopify, Etsy and Walmart. Our team is comprised of dedicated individuals managing marketing, customer service and design, working remotely, while production is managed from of our shop in Pennsylvania, USA.

We are looking for a focused, driven, Amazon FBA Projects Manager!

• 2-5 years of experience in Amazon, eCommerce, or a related field.
• The ideal candidate understands and will stay on top of Amazon’s FBA fees.

?Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Ensure all listings are charged the correct FBA fees.
• Open and manage cases with Amazon.
• Submit FBA reimbursement requests.
• Compile and submit reporting to Amazon as needed.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checks on listings for any fee discrepancies .
• Stay informed with Amazon’s best practices, new trends and FBA updates.
• Experience with creating, opening and following up with cases.
• Must possess some business knowledge and solid technical skills.
• Strong reporting skills including FBA fees and refunds status.
• Knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets is a strong plus.

Key Skills:

• Tech Savvy – experience with the Amazon Seller Central platform.
• Highly attentive to detail and the ability to recognize patterns.
• Stay organized and follow existing processes through to the end.
• Good judgement when an alternate step needs to be implemented.
• Experience with Excel and Google Sheets & Docs is a big plus.

Work hours:? Flexible but preferably Monday to Friday from 8 am-4 pm EST, 40 hours a week.
