Photoshop/Dreamweaver/Mobile Responsive Designer Needed!

I am in need of a graphic designer with an expertise in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and mobile website development. He/She must be familiar with VERY fast page load times and responsive designs. Many times, you will be designing 3-5 very simple mobile pages a day from Photoshop mockups.

REQUIREMENTS
-Good command of the English language
-Must Know: HTML, PHP, Bootstrap, CSS (Some JQuery and JavaScript)
-PhotoShop/Dreamweaver
-Converting PSD to HTML
-Must be willing to work with all kinds of content - adult included (although not likely very much)
-Must be good at figuring things out independently
-Must be available to work full time - 40+ hours a week, with no other job
-Must be a professional and cool team player with proper working etiquette
-Must be able to work outside of your comfort zone and catch on to things quickly
-Must be effective in working under deadlines
-Must have a great and high speed internet access
-Ability to manage servers is a plus

You will be working in the internet marketing industry and over time may be given the opportunity to put your own creative twist on things.
