Ghost Writer for Business Articles related to HR, Learning and Assessments

I am looking for an experienced and professional author to write articles for me to publish on our organization's blog. I will provide URLs and "briefs" on the topics to be covered by the articles. Most articles should be at around 1,200 words. Occasionally we will need white papers with 1,500 to 2,000 words. We like to follow the Economist style guide.
