We are a digital marketing and software company with tons of products under our brand. We’re looking for a rockstar technical customer support rep to join our team and help our customers use our apps, debug their issues, and help them succeed.
As a technical customer service rep, you will be the face and voice of our company and all its brands as well.
You will be communicating directly with our new and existing loyal customers and making sure they feel taken care of and help them maintain their trust in us.

[+] Technical Background. Must understand technical terms like API, integrations, Cpanel, SaaS, etc
[+] Knowledge of cPanel, web hosting, basic WordPress is a MUST
[+] Ability to create a short video explaining the feature customer is facing issue with
[+] Superhuman speed and an eye for detail
[+] Keep clam during stressful engagements with customer and making sure they are helped on time
[+] Ability to multi-task and work well with the support and development team
[+] Great management skills. Track and keep a record of all actions
[+] A polite and helpful nature and will to see others succeed
[+] A will to keep learning and adapting to new systems
Key Job Activities:
- Respond to all technical tickets on our support desk and maintain an avg. response time of 2hours.
- Follow up with customers in case of a pending technical ticket
- Be persuasive and willing to go the extra mile to help customer
- Connect with customers on?
- Maintain excel sheets regarding tech issues, bugs, etc.
- Coordinate with dev team regarding customer support queries
- Willing to work IST hours
