Appointment Setter

Looking for highly motivated candidates to help us conduct qualification calls, those who excel have a succession path for a significant pay increase and bonuses depending on performance.

Purpose: Qualifying contacts to see if they have the desire to grow their insurance business, get more referrals, increase collections, and grow their network — if they are on the fence, helping convince them of the opportunity and set the appointment.

Once the appointment is set you will confirm their contact info and disposition the call.

You will then need to create a new appointment inside Google Calendar and send out invitations.

The day before their appointment you will call to confirm they are available, if they are not, reschedule.

At the end of the day, you will send an email of appointments scheduled, rescheduled, and any comments to our group.

You’ll be responsible for answering voicemails and returning calls, checking your inbox, and communicating about improvements/optimizations we can make.

You will be provided with a list of leads to call, training and well documented SOPs to help you as you go.s

We are looking for someone who speaks clear and concise English.
Must be able to read from a script and have enthusiasm over the phone.
Must be able to work during 9-5 est. We need someone who is proficient with email.
