ROI Media Limited was established in 2010 and provides digitally focused marketing and advertising solutions for small business owners. Our services include website design, SEO, PPC, social media management, content marketing, marketing automation, cold email, social outreach and more. The company also owns and manages a number of prominent web directories in Australia and elsewhere.

We are looking for experienced sales representatives to cold call Australian based businesses and sell our various fixed-priced, pay-by-the-month service packages. We will also provide some warm leads, which come from our ongoing marketing activities. But, to be very clear, you will be COLD CALLING as a primary means of generating new business.

This is not a job for the faint of heart. That fact is reflected in how much you can earn from this role. Persistent, activity focused individuals could reasonably expect to earn Php250,000 per month, or significantly more.

Needless to say you must possess EXCELLENT written and spoken English language skills and be capable of dealing with the Australian accent, which many English speakers find quite challenging. English aside, the following are a must:

>> Own computer and high speed internet connection
>> Familiarity and comfort with using cloud-based applications
>> High degree of self motivation
>> Clear goal orientation
>> A willingness to learn and follow systems
>> Dogged determination and persistence

Payment is by way of commission on sales. Our average sale size is around $10,000. That translates to around Php85,000 in commission. Some sales will be smaller. Some will be much larger.

This role is not for everyone. Unless you have a high degree of self-confidence and an ability to sell the interviewer on your skills, you'll never make it through our first interview. We are highly selective about whom we permit to represent our brand.
