HIRING!!!!! Client Account Manager (NIGHTSHIFT)

Compensation:
- Ongoing Salary $6/hr
- Training Salary $5/hr (4 weeks)


Requirements:
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Excellent written English communication and with American Accent
- Positive-thinker, self-starter, confident, proactive, trainable
- Experience as a project manager, coach, agency representative/spokesperson or similar role
- can work nightshift

Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact between the clients and the company
- Handling day-to-day client interactions, developing client relationships based on mutual respect.
- Collecting feedback and managing client's expectations
- Updating & upselling clients on product innovations
- Guide independent decisions on the client accounts to foster client success
- Managing entire client lifecycle: onboarding, launch calls, check-in calls, billing, and offboarding.
- Coordinate with other teams: Sales, Fulfillment, ISA, and Outreach
