Drafts Man

1. Coordinates with Custom Shop Department to obtain clear specifications
2. Support the Custom Shop Department and managers with necessary drawings from concept to handover.
3. Create detailed CAD drawings for production
4. Prepare colored drawings of landscape and interior designs for presentation to client.
5. Conceptualize Designs and Lay-outs
6. Continuously look for and suggest ways to improve designs
7. Four years minimum Architectural Draftsman/ 3D AutoCAD Designer experience.
8. Advance Knowledge in AutoCAD
9. 4 Year Degree
10. Experience with Microsoft Office
11. 3D & 2D AutoCAD exterior and interior rendering design experience a plus.
