SEO Specialist

Work hours for this position are Monday - Friday. We expect at least 4 hours of cross-over time between 8:30 am - 12:30 pm ET.

Looking for an individual that has at least 5 years of experience with SEO to assist the SEO Team in managing and performing all assigned digital marketing tasks.

• An in-depth understanding of search engine behavior: what content search engines crawl and read, what practices to avoid, and what on-page changes will have the most impact based on current algorithms
• A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and/or other programming languages
• Creation of highly refined keyword strategies that lay the foundation for the rest of a client's SEO project
• Performing thorough, detailed website analysis, identifying current problems and opportunities, with a focus on crawlability, site architecture and site content
• Performing competitive research, identifying what the client's competitors are doing right, what they're doing wrong, and how these tactics influence the client
• Managing execution of SEO strategies, including keyword strategy implementation, technical recommendation implementation and executing tactical strategies based on competitive analysis
• Staying up to date on current industry practices, news and algorithm updates

Compensation:
First 30-days: $1040 USD flat rate
After 30-days: $1200 USD/month
Eligible for up to $1200 USD bonus at the end of the year (Prorated the first year base on start date)
$30 USD/month for internet and $10 USD/month for hotspot reimbursement
