Looking for an Awesome Lead Generation Specialist to be a part of our growing Business. As a business, we have started with 1 client, and now we grew to have 10 Clients and working out in getting more to provide them an exemplary service we are to offer.

Responsibilities:
-Understand the offering of the client organization and effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects
-Focused on achieving or exceeding daily/ weekly/monthly targets defined for self and team
-B2B prospecting via various channels
-In depth research on companies/individuals using various platforms and resources

Job QUALIFICATIONS:
• Stay current on trends, emerging technologies and new and hard to find skill sets.
• Network extensively to find potential candidates and clients.
• Source through Linked in Recruiter for potential clients
• Negotiate rates and other terms and conditions as provided by the company.
• Conduct interview for each prospect client
• Must know how to use Linked In recruiter
• Knowledge in other tools for recruiting is a PLUS, like Indeed, Monster etc.
• Excellent English communication skills
• At least 6 months experience in B2B lead generation in the international market ( AU is a must )

MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN LINKED IN RECRUITER


The Job is full time and started with 20K basic salary plus incentive for every successful client you will bring in.
